1. Experimental Prototype

Puls is an experimental hackathon prototype. Features, markets, balances, and data may change, break, or be reset without notice. Do not rely on the Platform for any real-world financial decision.

2. Testnet Tokens Have No Value

All tokens, balances, payouts, and "USDC" amounts shown in the app are testnet tokens. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for real currency or assets. Any dollar-denominated figures are for demonstration only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Market analyses, predictions, odds, leaderboards, copy-trade signals, and AI-copilot outputs are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. Prediction Markets Involve Risk

Prediction-market outcomes are uncertain. Prices can move sharply, markets may resolve against your position, and past performance never guarantees future results. Even on testnet, treat any strategy as experimental.

5. Blockchain & Technical Risks

6. AI Features

The autonomous trading agent and AI copilot can make mistakes and act on imperfect data. Budget caps exist to limit exposure, but you remain responsible for any agent activity you authorize.

7. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puls and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Regulatory Note

Because Puls operates entirely on testnet with no real funds, it is intended as a technical demonstration. It is not an offer of financial products or services. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
