Puls is a testnet product. It is an experimental hackathon
prototype. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service and never sell
your personal information.
1. Who We Are
Puls ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is a prediction-market prototype operated
by RDM and built on Arc Testnet (chain ID 5042002). This Privacy Policy explains what
data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
Account data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your
email address and a basic profile identifier to create your account.
Wallet data: a blockchain wallet address is generated for you
via Circle's MPC technology. On-chain activity tied to that address is public by
nature of the blockchain.
Usage data: trades, positions, comments, support tickets,
referrals, and similar in-app activity needed to operate Platform features.
Technical data: device type, browser, and basic logs used for
security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and secure your account and wallet.
To provide core features — trading, copy-trading, analysis, comments, support,
referrals, and notifications.
To prevent fraud, multi-accounting, and abuse of the Platform.
To improve the product and fix bugs.
4. Wallets & Key Custody
Your wallet is created using Circle MPC (Multi-Party Computation)
technology. There is no seed phrase for you to manage. We do not have unilateral
access to move your funds outside of the actions you initiate in the app. All tokens
are testnet USDC with no real monetary value.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted providers to operate Puls, including:
Google — sign-in / authentication
Circle — MPC wallets and USDC infrastructure
Supabase — authentication and database
Polymarket Gamma API — market data
UMA — optimistic oracle market resolution
Vercel — web hosting
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with
the service providers above as needed to run the Platform, or where required by law.
On-chain transactions are inherently public.
7. Data Retention
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide the service. Because this is a testnet prototype, data may be reset or removed
as the product evolves.
8. Your Choices
You can request deletion of your account data via the in-app support channel.
You can stop using the Platform at any time.
On-chain records cannot be deleted, as they live on a public blockchain.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
As this is an experimental testnet product, do not store sensitive personal
information on the Platform.
10. Children
Puls is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from
minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform
after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
