Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Puls ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Puls is operated by RDM ("we", "us", "our") as a hackathon prototype and experimental product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Puls. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Puls is a prediction market platform built on Arc Testnet (chain ID 5042002) that allows users to:

• Trade on prediction markets using USDC
• Access paid market analysis content via x402 nanopayments
• Copy-trade other users' positions
• Earn and spend USDC through various platform features

4. Testnet Disclaimer

Puls currently operates on Arc Testnet. All USDC tokens on the Platform are testnet tokens with no real monetary value. Testnet tokens cannot be exchanged for real currency or assets. Any references to dollar values ($0.001, $0.01, etc.) are denominated in testnet USDC for demonstration purposes.

5. Not Financial Advice

Puls does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All market analyses, predictions, and content on the Platform are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of market data, predictions, or analysis content
• Platform availability or uptime
• The resolution or outcome of any prediction market
• The value of any tokens or positions

7. User Accounts

• You authenticate via Google Sign-In, which creates an associated blockchain wallet
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — multi-accounting is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate markets or exploit the Platform
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Attempt to manipulate prediction market outcomes
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

9. Nanopayments and Transactions

• Payments are processed via Circle Gateway on Arc Testnet
• All transactions are final and non-refundable once settled on-chain
• Copy-trade fees and tips are processed automatically when you initiate them
• We are not responsible for failed or delayed transactions due to network conditions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Puls, including market analyses, UI design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puls and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of tokens, profits, or data
• Damages arising from platform downtime or errors
• Third-party actions or market outcomes

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RDM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
